Where The Magic
All Begins
Our program run for 1 hour each week. Our
approach may be slightly different.
By the end of our 1st session the student
can sight read basic bagpipe music, play
the notes of the scale on the practice
chanter and be able to teach it back.
By the end of the 2nd class the student is
playing their 1st basic bagpipe tune.
I'm often asked; "is it hard to learn how
to play the bagpipes?" my answer is
always "No" but it depends on who is
teaching; How they are teaching; and
of course the student needs to have self
confidence.
The link to the 1st video below is the
tune to the 1st tune that the student will learn.

The link to the 2nd video below is one of
our pipe & drum rehearsals at one of our
practice locations; We have multiple
practice locations to make it convenient for
our members; and it keeps the class size
smaller so that we can focus more on
individual instruction; All classes are
taught in a relaxed & enjoyable atmosphere.

Many of the Pipers in this video have less
than 6 months on actual bagpipes...
