Giving Back To The Community !   Pipe-Major  Jeff  Hastings CELTIC  THUNDER  YOUTH  PIPE-BAND   Pipe-Major  Jeff Hastings gave an Outstanding Performance as he Piped the Graduating Class of 26 Fire Fighters, Representing 15 Departments into the Graduation Ceremony and out of the Graduation Ceremony.  Jeff is also a Junior Fire Fighter with Brimfield Fire Department.
